Even though it’s pretty hard to have mental clarity right now, you can still achieve your goals – you just have to keep fighting and organize yourself. It might seem impossible. We know that. Keep it simple!Don’t measure work success in hoursYou need to work toward your goals. Don’t think that by working 9 hours per day you’ll manage to achieve them. That’s why it’s so important to think with an effective to-do list. Each day think about what you’re trying to achieve for the day.Don’t rely on meetings and video conferences to get your job doneVideo conferences can be really important to facilitate decision making. But they can also get in the way. Think about what’s really necessary for you to do your job. Do you really need others’ approval or help for that? In these unstable circumstances, everyone is so afraid that they usually stop taking care of themselves. Fear petrifies us. So we have to remain centered and remind ourselves to breathe in and breathe out from time to time. Everyone’s going through the same crisis as you. Why don’t you try to meditate and practice some in-house exercise? There are some great apps only focused on just that.Keep contact with your loved onesWe know quarantine can be hard, especially because you have to stay away from your loved ones. Call your friends, family, your boyfriend or girlfriend. Tell them how you feel.
